Today, Jeff Osborn brings us Finnish goaltender Kevin Lankinen.

Lankinen is an undrafted goaltender to and entry level contract by the Blackhawks on 5/21/18. He is a 6’2″ 185 lbs butterfly goaltender and comes with some very flashy accolades in the Finnish Elite League (Liiga). The 23-year-old has been regarded as one of the best in the entire Finnish league, most notably in the playoffs. He boasts a 2.10 GAA, .919 sv%, and 11 shutouts in 105 regular season games while also putting up a 2.24 GAA, .921 sv%, in 35 playoff contests.

After 140 pro games in Liiga, he will be taking his talents to North America and the Blackhawks organization this fall.
