Chicago Blackhawks release training camp roster

  

The Chicago Blackhawks announced their training camp roster this evening before the beginning of their training camp, which is set to begin on Thursday at the Fifth Third Arena at 10 a.m.

Chicago announced its roster of 63 players, containing 38 forwards, 18 defenseman and seven goaltenders. This season’s training camp roster includes 12 players that were invited to camp on tryout agreements.

The Blackhawks’ practice schedule will run through Oct. 12 and can be found here.

The first chance to catch the Blackhawks in game action will be Sept. 29 at 7:30 p.m. when Chicago takes on the Detroit Red Wings in preseason action at the United Center.
