The Chicago Steel have finalized their 23 man roster as the 2019–20 season kicks off with the USHL Fall Classic in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania, on Sept. 28 and 29. On Saturday, the Steel take on the Sioux City Muskateers, followed by the Sioux Falls Stampede on Sunday.
Steel General Manager Ryan Hardy is optimistic about the roster littered with veterans and rookies.
“There is a long way for us to go to get where we want to be, but we believe the 23 players on our team have the talent and mental makeup to get us where we need to be,” Hardy said. “We have a nice mix of veteran players to blend with a lot of young talent. We’re excited to get to work.”
