Analysis
Duncan Keith and Brent Seabrook play their 1000th game together tonight. The pair become the first defensemen to do so, and seventh pair of teammates to reach 1000 games together. Hopefully the pair play like it’s 2010 tonight.
Patrick Kane tallied two goals on Sunday, versus the Canadiens. The winger has a team-high 15 goals on the year. Kane also led all skaters with eight shots, at some times appearing to be the only offense on Sunday.
Center Artem Anisimov did not travel with the team to Winnipeg. The 30-year old was placed in concussion protocol after being injured on Sunday. Newly acquired Brendan Perlini is expected back in the lineup.
Winnipeg starts Laurent Brossoit tonight in net. The 25-year old has been excellent in his seven appearances this season, sporting a .935 save percentage. Chicago looks to backup Cam Ward to stop a seven-game losing streak.
